This warranty covers:

• Fading or discoloration that occurs under normal wear.

• Manufacturing defects (clasps, chains, plating issues, etc.).

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

• Normal wear and tear such as small scratches or slight plating changes over time.

• Lost or stolen items.

If you experience an issue within 180 days, contact us at team@carolein.ca with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
